Levine Law Group Staff Highlight of the Month – Candace Hagerty

“I was born and raised in North Carolina. I am married to my husband, Matt, and have a 6-year old little girl named Remington. My hobbies include going out on the lake with family and friends, camping, watching the Carolina Panthers football team and shopping. I love being at the beach with my family. I just retired from playing softball after 19 years due to a fibula, tibia and ankle fracture.

I have been working at Levine Law Group for 13 years where my co-workers have become my 2nd family. I began my career at Levine Law Group as the receptionist and am now the office manager and major case coordinator. My days consist of helping our clients with any concerns or problems they may have. If your case involves major injuries that require surgery, I am your direct point of contact. I conduct all communication with physicians’ offices for billing and medical records, and work to get you treated on a lien basis and reduce your medical bills to an affordable amount. I also speak with the insurance companies on your behalf, answering insurance questions and obtaining your impairment rating from your physician, if applicable. Other important duties of mine include handling monetary disbursements at the time of settlement, managing the firm’s trust account, ordering office supplies, scheduling events for the firm, and managing our employees.”
